Paul Eckel's Emerging Manager launches Crypto Emerging Manager

Crypto Emerging Manager ("CEM") is one of the first registered capital raising firms in the investment industry to focus exclusively on raising capital for Cryptocurrency managers. Its parent company, Emerging Manager specializes in representing hedge funds that employ quantitative trading approaches. CEM and Emerging Manager are based in New York City and was by started by Paul Eckel. Emerging Manager also provides COO Consulting and fund launch services to those managers who have recently launched their firms.

Emerging Manager primary represents portfolio managers who have an engineering, mathematics or computer science degree who go on to work for proprietary trading firms designing model-driven quantitative strategies

Managing a Cryptocurrency marketing firm is a natural and close extension of Emerging Manager's current quantitative hedge fund marketing business. The idea to launch a crypto marketing firm was derived by the growing interest expressed by his allocator network and the not surprising discovery that the majority of his quant portfolio managers were already trading and testing modeldriven crypto strategies in personal or proprietary firm accounts.

"After speaking to both allocators and cryptocurrency managers in early 2017 about the expected future growth of the new asset class, it became clear that there is a definite need for marketing services that can bridge the significant communication gap. Emerging Manager and CEM will both offer COO Consulting and fund launch services", says Eckel in a statement.
