Level III Capital names Stuart MacDonald as Chairman to support strategic growth and capital formation

Opalesque Industry Update - Established in 2021, Level III Capital (Level III), a quantitative digital asset investment manager recognized for its innovative systematic Smart Beta strategy and institutional-grade infrastructure, announced that Stuart MacDonald has become Chairman of the Firm.

A widely known expert veteran in alternative investments, Mr. MacDonald brings several decades of leadership in hedge fund strategy and business development, to Level III. In his expanded role, he will help guide the Firm's strategic direction and deepen engagement with institutional partners.

Since joining Level III's advisory board in 2024, Mr. MacDonald has contributed meaningfully to the Firm's positioning and capital formation efforts. His appointment as Chairman underscores Level III's commitment to aligning institutional-quality infrastructure with next-generation investment strategies.

Mr. MacDonald previously held senior leadership roles at alternative investment firms including Aaro Capital Management, Aquila Capital, and Henderson Global Investors. He is widely regarded for his strategic acumen and deep network across the industry landscape.
