Inflexion adds senior advisor

Opalesque Industry Update - Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Adeson as a Senior Advisor. In his role as Senior Advisor, Kevin will support Inflexion with respect to new investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Kevin brings over 30 years' investment banking and private equity experience and most recently served as Vice Chairman, Global Banking & Markets at HSBC Holdings Plc. In this role, he worked closely with priority client relationships and developing key growth initiatives through collaboration across business lines. Prior to joining HSBC, Kevin created and led the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Europe business at Morgan Stanley. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 from Bankers Trust, where he spent 10 years in leveraged finance and equity arbitrage.

We have known Kevin for a number of years and are delighted that he will now be joining us as a Senior Advisor.
