Craven joins Summit Leadership Partners as a partner

Opalesque Industry Update - Summit Leadership Partners, a high growth leadership advisory firm in the U.S., is pleased to announce the hiring of Lisa Craven as Partner, Private Equity. In this position, Lisa will play a key role in overseeing Summit's private equity expansion, client excellence, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the firm.

Based in New York City, Lisa brings extensive experience working with private equity clients, portfolio companies and a deep understanding of leadership and organization strategies to drive value creation. This newly created role reinforces Summit's dedication to the market, delivering on clients' business goals and attracting the best talent in the industry.

Lisa joins Summit with extensive experience in global leadership and private equity where she has held roles of Talent Management, Chief People Officer, Founder and more. Previously at YSC Consulting, she served as Director, Global Private Equity, specializing in guiding top-tier global private equity firms and their portfolio companies through complex leadership and talent challenges. Prior to this role, Lisa founded Craven Collective; a talent strategy, executive coaching, assessment, and leadership development boutique consulting firm. In addition, she was the Chief People Officer for Sizmek where she was a member of the management team and led all people and talent functions before being acquired by Amazon.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Montclair State University. Additionally, she has served as a guest lecturer at Drew University, Macquarie University, and the Jansen Newman Institute.
