Hedge Fund Association announces results of 2023 global board of directors election

Opalesque Industry Update - The Hedge Fund Association (HFA), an international nonprofit trade and nonpartisan lobbying organization, announced the results of its 2023 HFA Global Board of Directors election. HFA members re-elected Alexander Reyes and elected Paul Gray, Rob Hartnett and Krista Oldfield.

HFA's Global Board members are all industry executives that serve for up to 2 consecutive 3-year terms. The HFA also appointed Nicholas Smith as an HFA Regional Director, and Chris Jones as the Chairman of HFA's Sports & Entertainment Committee.

"We are thrilled to welcome HFA's newest global board members and appointed leaders, and we greatly appreciate the service of our outgoing leaders," said Mitch Ackles, HFA's President. "It's an honor to work with all of HFA's leaders to deliver frequent educational and networking events for our members around the world."

"All HFA leaders are focused on creating events, advocating for the alternative investment industry, sharing knowledge, and fostering new connections," said Lauri Goodwyn, HFA's COO. "We are pleased to welcome our newest leaders to the team."
