Baird's GP Solutions Group advises GPs on accessing the secondary market and other flexible sources of capital to optimize their assets and portfolios. Baird is delivering the full suite of GP secondary market solutions in a highly integrated way with its financial sponsor coverage and industry team expertise.

Bounds joins Baird following five years at HarbourVest Partners where he was a Vice President in the firm's Secondaries Group, specializing in single and multi-asset continuation fund and related GP-initiated transactions. While at HarbourVest, Bounds evaluated hundreds of GP Solutions investment opportunities and invested nearly $4 billion of equity over ten secondary transactions. Before HarbourVest Partners, Bounds began his career at Raymond James as a member of the firm's Technology & Services investment banking group. He received a master's in finance from Vanderbilt University and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi.
