Apex Group aquires Context365

Opalesque Industry Update - Apex Group has reached an agreement to acquire the technology platform, family office network and conference business of Context365 LLC.

"This is an exciting time for both businesses and throughout all stages of this transaction, the existing clients of both Context365 and Apex Group, in addition to their subsequent investors, are our number one priority and we wanted to inform you immediately about this change," Apex said.

Apex Group Ltd is a privately owned global financial services provider - Its purpose is to be the catalyst for positive change in the financial services industry to drive a more sustainable future.

These services are tailored to each client and delivered at both a Group level and via its specialist subsidiary brands.

Context365 and Apex Group are committed to working together to make the integration transition as seamless as possible. "We anticipate that there will be no disruption in service levels as a result of this arrangement, and expect that all management and employees will continue to operate seamlessly under the Apex Group, thereby ensuring continuity and ongoing high service levels from your existing key contacts," it said.
