Alpha Group promotes two

Friday, January 31, 2020
Opalesque Industry Update - Luxembourg-based Alpha Group has promoted Paolo Magni to Partner.

Having been with the firm since 2014, Paolo has been involved in a number of deals across the sectors in which Alpha invests such as Pavan, Caffitaly, Europart and AMF Group. He has demonstrated leadership and the aptitude to work with portfolio companies to extract best outcomes for investors and so his promotion to Partner was the natural progression.

Paolo started his career as a management consultant at Booz & Co before joining the Boston Consulting Group in 2012 where he gained significant expertise in different industries across Europe and the Middle East.

Pasquale Cavaliere was also promoted to Director.

Pasquale joined Alpha in 2018 and has become an integral part of the team in Italy. He started his career as an analyst in the M&A division of Goldman Sachs prior to joining EY where he was part of the Audit department before joining the Transaction Advisory Services practice.
