Opalesque Industry Update - MUFG today announced that Scott Rodman has joined the firm as the Head of Structured Solutions for the Americas. In this role, Scott will further develop the firm's structured financing business, while also adding value to MUFG's structured derivatives operations.

Scott joins MUFG from HSBC, where he served as the Head of the U.S. Client Solutions Group, mainly focused on structured financing transactions, including middle market loans. Prior to HSBC, Scott worked at Deutsche Bank and Nomura in trading, structuring, and origination roles in structured credit and financing.
