Cary Ho joins CVC Credit Partners

Opalesque Industry Update - CVC Credit Partners announced today that Cary Ho will join the firm as the Global Head of CLO Origination and Managing Director. Cary will be based in New York and will report to Gretchen Bergstresser, Head of US Performing Credit, and work alongside the CVC Credit Partners Global CLO team.

Cary Ho will join CVC from Nomura Securities International, Inc., where he was a Managing Director and Head of Credit Structuring. From 2009 until 2013, Cary was an Associate Director in the Office of Complex Financial Institutions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Gretchen Bergstresser, Head of US Performing Credit, said: "I am very pleased to announce Cary's decision to join CVC Credit Partners. He brings over 17 years of experience in the market of delivering structured funding solutions, as well as CLO origination and distribution. His experience will be invaluable to us as we continue to build out our global CLO platform and deliver consistent value for our investors."

Cary Ho added: "I'm very excited to be joining CVC Credit Partners, which is a true leader in the CLO market and has closed 36 US and European CLOs since 2005.
