GAM brings on head of consultant relations

Opalesque Industry Update - GAM hired Anne Lundberg to lead its consultant relations in North America as the independent active asset manager strengthens its approach to investment consultants globally.

Anne joins GAM USA on 21 June 2017 and will report to London-based Greg Clerkson, who joined the company in February in the newly created role of global head of consultant relations. Anne has been heading the North America consultant relations for Man Group for the past four years after working for Putnam Investments as a consultant relations director. Anne is the immediate past president of Women Investment Professionals.

Greg Clerkson, global head of consultant relations, said: "I am extremely pleased to welcome someone of Anne's calibre and experience to GAM. Her unique background of working with investment consultants in both systematic and discretionary investment strategies is a perfect fit for our growing North America business."
