SoFi expands access to private markets with funds from CAZ and AngelList

SoFi Technologies has launched three new private market funds-CAZ GP Stakes Fund, CAZ Strategic Opportunities Fund, and AngelList's USVC Venture Capital Access Fund. The funds gove SoFi Invest members access to private equity, private credit, real estate, and venture capital strategies previously reserved for institutional investors.

The funds offer exposure to sectors like AI, fintech, healthcare, and defense, potentially including companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Anduril. Features include periodic liquidity, educational resources, and lower minimums ($500-$2,500) than typical private investments. CEO Anthony Noto said the move helps members diversify beyond traditional stocks and bonds. This builds on SoFi's prior fund launches with CAZ Investments, ARK Invest, and others. Source
