SS&C GlobeOp Forward Redemption Indicator: February 2026 Notifications at 1.79%

Tuesday, February 24, 2026

Matthias Knab, Opalesque for New Managers:

SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) has announced that the SS&C GlobeOp Forward Redemption Indicator for February 2026 measured 1.79%, up from 1.46% in January - but notably lower than the 2.33% recorded a year ago and below the five-year average of 2.14% for February redemption notices.

"Elevated geopolitical tensions and the recent sell-off in the software sector due to AI concerns represent some of the potential headline risks facing investment allocators," said Bill Stone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SS&C Technologies. Forward redemptions as a percentage of SS&C GlobeOp's assets under administration have trended significantly lower since reaching a high of 19.27% in November 2008.

The SS&C GlobeOp Forward Redemption Indicator represents the sum of forward redemption notices received from investors in hedge funds administered by SS&C GlobeOp, divided by assets under administration at the beginning of the month. The Indicator presents a timely view of the redemption pipeline for hedge fund investors. Unlike subscriptions, redemption notifications are typically received 30-90 days in advance of the redemption date. SS&C GlobeOp's platform represents approximately 10% of estimated assets currently invested in the hedge fund sector.
