Nautic Partners wraps up the eleventh fund at $4.5bn outpacing the target

American alternative investment firm Nautic Partners has closed its eleventh fund at a hard cap of $4.5 billion, beating its $3.75 billion target.

Nautic Partners XI is Nautic's largest fund to date, receiving strong support from long-standing and notable new institutional investors across North, Central, and South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, said a media release from the

private equity firm that focused on leveraged buyout investments in middle-market companies.

Nautic will continue being led by 12 Managing Directors with more than 170 years of combined private equity investment experience at the firm, the release said.

The limited partners of Fund XI include a globally diverse base of leading institutions, including public and private pension plans, insurers, health systems, fund of funds, family offices, financial institutions, endowments, and foundations.

"We are humbled by and incredibly grateful to our limited partners for their support of Nautic," said Scott Hilinski, Managing Director at Nautic.

Nautic closed its previous fund, Nautic Partners X, in 2021 with $3.0 billion of committed limited partner capital.
