Paul Weiss snags two from Clifford Chance

Paul Weiss has hired two new partners for its finance practice. Christopher Sullivan is joining the firm in London as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the Corporate Department. Taner Hassan, a senior sponsor-side finance partner, is joining the firm's finance team in London as head of European Leveraged Finance. Both join the firm from Clifford Chance.
