CrossBorder and Insch Kintore partner to make XAU/FX strategy available to sophisticated investors

Two UK-based fund managers, CrossBorder Capital and Insch Kintore, have just entered into an agreement to make the Kintore XAU/FX Strategy available to sophisticated, professional and institutional investors in the UK. The strategy will be known as the Crossborder Kintore XAU/FX Strategy.

CrossBorder is offering the Kintore strategy on its in-house managed account platform and is providing all operational, research, trading and regulatory support in the continual development of the multi-award-winning Kintore strategy.

The Kintore XAU/FX strategy, which was incepted in February 2015, is a systematic trading strategy that trades gold (as a currency) versus seven of the largest and most liquid currencies in the world. The strategy is "trend following" in nature and fully automated in terms of trade implementation and execution. Buy and sell signals are generated from price breakouts, volatility and other proprietary signals. The strategy is transparent and liquid, and its consistent alpha performance so far has earned it several industry awards. At the end of September, the strategy had annualised 6.47% - and it was up 25% YTD.
