Maddix Capital launches $125M hybrid equity & opportunistic credit fund

Utah-based Maddix Capital has launched its second hybrid equity and opportunistic credit fund with a target of $125 million.

Maddix Services is closed-end fund - $100M in equity plus a $25M opportunistic credit piece. The fund is expected to yield both quarterly distributions and liquidation events for investors.

Maddix invests in service-based businesses that may need specialist financing. The firm said in a statement that interest in the vehicle has grown on the back of recent deal success. Maddix acquired mas......................
