Comvest holds final close on $2bn for sixth flagship credit fund

Comvest Partners, a private investment firm that provides equity and debt capital to lower middle-market companies, announced that its direct lending platform Comvest Credit Partners has completed the final close of the sixth vintage of its flagship Comvest Credit Partners fund.

The $9.3 billion private investment firm said in a media release that Comvest Credit Partners VI raised $2bn in equity commitments, exceeding its initial target fund size of $1.7bn, and will provide loan financing to mid-sized North American businesses.

The fund's limited partner base includes public and private pension plans, asset management firms, insurance companies, foundations, and family offices.
