KV Capital launches second fund

Bailey McCann, Opalesque New York:

Canadian investment firm KV Capital has launched its second fund and has already started investing from it. The firm has acquired Mountain Sports Distribution Inc. a full-service distributor in the powersports industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"Collaborating with KV Capital creates additional momentum for our business and is removing the barriers to our expansion," says MSD Founder and CEO, Chuck Gorton.
