Growth Catalyst Partners closes second fund on $270M

Chicago-based Growth Catalyst Partners has more than doubled its assets under management with the close of its oversubscribed second fund. The fund closed on $270 million hitting its hard cap, the fund was originally targeting $200 million.

The firm closed its previous flagship fund on $130 million in 2020.

Growth Catalyst Partners is a middle market private equity firm that focuses on building information, marketing and tech-enabled services platform companies. The firm primarily does control deals and will use targeted M&A to accelerate growth.
