iM Global Partner gets new investors

Eurazeo has sold part of its stake in iM Global Partner to IK Investment Partners and Luxempart, subject to the approval of the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Commissions de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

If the deal is approved, IK Investment Partners and Luxempart will join Eurazeo and Amundi as significant stakeholders in the firm. Eurazeo is selling 20% of its investment in iM Global Partner.

The stake sale represents a €70m deal for Eurazeo with a cash-on-cash multiple of 2.1x and an internal rate of return of 22%. Dassault/La Maison, a shareholder from the outset, is s......................
