DarcMatter claims that the partnership solidifies it as a key partner in providing enhanced access to exclusive deal flow throughout alternative investments globally.
"This partnership is one of many in the region solidifying DarcMatter's footprint with the South Korean institutional investor community," said DM's CEO and President, Sang Lee.
"We will be able to consummate key investment transactions for leading industry players like HFG in a comprehensive manner from compliant sourcing to effective due diligence and documentation," Lee added.
DM has been an active player in the financial services scene in South Korea since 2017 and has continued to grow its foothold in the region establishing partnerships with the financial services firms as well as public and private institutional investors.
