US boutique Cooper Creek Partners launches 'transformation'- focused L/S equity fund

US investment house Cooper Creek Partners has launched its long-running North America Long Short Equity fund on MontLake's Ucits platform.

The employee owned hedge fund manager said that with assets in excess of USD110 million at launch, North America Long Short Equity Ucits fund will be one of the largest Alternative UCITS Fund launches year-to-date.

The MontLake UCITS Platform is the flagship fund structuring offering of ML Capital. It has been designed to provide investors with direct access to traditional and alternative investment fund expertise through a regulated and transpare......................
