New research bullish on Bitcoin: $96,000 in five years, $144,000 in 10 Years

Research firm Satis Group has released a new report making bold price prediction about Bitcoin (BTC) and projected that it will be priced at $96,000 by the year 2023, and could reach nearly $144,000 before the end of the next decade.

The report, written by researchers Sherwin Dowlat and Michael Hodapp, examines how the cryptocurrency market is valued and whether this valuation matches the actual assets underlying token prices.

The Satis Group research report about the valuation of cryptoassets released by Bloomberg said that that coins like bitcoin, monero and decred should see their prices spike as they are "cryptoassets which apply unique value propositions within deep and viral markets."

The next highest value cryptocurrency is Monero (XMR), which Satis predict could reach over $18,000 within five years. That represents a more than 18,200% increase from its present value, which stands at just over $98. Monero, currently is the 11th-largest cryptocurrency. By 2028, XMR is estimated to be worth as much as $39,000 according to the report.

The Initial coin offering advisory firm said that Ethereum (ETH), the number two cryptocurrency by market cap, has struggled throughout 2018 after reaching an all-time high of $1,432. But the report suggests that it won't ever reach that high a valuation again. It may peak in 2019 at $882, then dropping roughly $100 per three, five, and 10 years out.
