GoldPoint Partners closes fourth mezzanine fund on $1.3 billion

GoldPoint Partners, a private equity affiliate of New York Life Investments, has closed its fourth mezzanine fund on $1.3 billion, an approximate 25 percent increase from its predecessor fund.

GoldPoint runs a program of middle market mezzanine investing, which began in 1991. Since forming its first third party fund in 2002, the team has invested $3.2 billion in over 125 mezzanine transactions.
