Global stock market rally lifts CTAs in February

The global stock market rally lifted managed futures traders in February as the Barclays CTA Index gained 0.71%, bringing year-to-date gains to a flat 0.02%.

"Trend reversals in European bond yields and a weakening euro were not enough to sap the profits gained from long equity positions, as the global stock market rally extended into its fourth consecutive month," said Sol Waksman, founder and president of BarclayHedge.
