Lombard Odier Investment Managers adds event driven strategy

Geneva-based, Lombard Odier Investment Managers, the investment group within Lombard Odier, has expanded its alternatives range with the launch of the 1798 Event Convexity Strategy. The launch, with over USD100 million of committed capital, follows the launch of the 1798 Credit Convexity Strategy in early November 2016.

The 1798 Event Convexity Strategy will be managed by Christophe Thomas. Prior to joining Lombard Odier IM, Christophe Thomas was a Portfolio Manager and Founding Partner at Birch Grove Capital from 2012 to 2016.
