Hedge fund manager Bob Treue encourages contrarian investing

Komfie Manalo, Opalesque Asia:

Bob Treue, president and CEO of The Barnegat Fund, is encouraging his investors to keep a fixed percentage of their portfolio in his hedge fund. In his monthly report, Treue pointed out that when investors keep a fixed percentage of their portfolio, this allows Barnegat fund to buy when its share price is low and sell when its share price is high.
