A lot of hedge fund investors are beginning to recognise the need for ongoing cyber threats monitoring

Corporate Resolutions Inc. recently formed a strategic partnership with iThreat Cyber Group. The two companies have worked together for years, assisting clients when challenging cyber situations arise.

James Emerson, a former U.S. Marine Corps officer, COO and managing director at Princeton, NJ-based iThreat Cyber Group, and Ken Springer, former FBI Special Agent and head of Corporate Resolutions Inc., a worldwide business investigations firm headquartered in New York, speak to Opalesque about how they deal new cyber-related threats.

Part of what the iThreat Cyber Group does is provide intelligence surrounding cyber attacks or cyber facilitated crimes that would be of use to clients, James Emerson explains. "This cyber intelligence is designed to help prevent or mitigate these events. We are trying to help clients protect themselves or respond effectively."

Another aspect of cyber threat intelligence relates to what is traditionally called the due diligence process, the ability to understand how an investment could be potentially compromised by cyber threats or exposures posed ......................
