BlackRock's Shaw and Hutchinhill's Shahraab Ahmad team up to form Decca Capital

Douglas Shaw, a former Head of Alternatives at BlackRock, has teamed up with portfolio manager Shahraab Ahmad to form Decca Capital Ltd. in London. Shaw will be Chief Operations Officer and Ahmad Chief Investment Officer. Ahmad was previously a portfolio manager at Hutchinhill Capital, and before that at Sailfish Capital Partners and JP Morgan.
