Pfaeffikon talking (5): Awards for best Swiss hedge funds and funds of hedge funds

Benedicte Gravrand, Opalesque Geneva:

Hedgegate, the Swiss fund of hedge funds data provider run by Zurich University, and Bilanz, a Swiss financial weekly, presented their Swiss hedge fund awards at last week’s IIR conference in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland.

Best global fund of hedge funds (FoHF) The nominees were: Cube - Global Market Strategy Prime Capital – PCAM Blue Chip Thalia – GHF Sicav Fixed Income Titan – Masters Int.

The winner was: UBS – Stable Growth (A) Fund. This fund was incepted in the mid-90s, and is essentially a defensive product.

Best Swiss FoHF The nominees were: GL Funds – Galileo Pacific Lombard Odier – LODH Multi-advisers fund Syz AM – Oyster 3A Multi-Arbitrage
