Scot Ruhlander joins SG Capital as managing director

Scot Ruhlander Scot Ruhlander has announced he has joined SG Capital Management as its new managing director. The Chicago, Illinois-based SG Capital manages the Cedar Street Funds which are long/short and market neutral hedge funds.

The company employs a relative value, event driven strategy to identify attractive long and short ideas within the small cap universe. In addition to the hedge funds, SG Capital also manages a long only strategy in a separate account format.
