M&A - TMF Group acquires Sydney-based Kingsway Taitz Fund Administration

TMF Group announced its expansion in Australia through the acquisition of Kingsway Taitz Fund Administration Pty Ltd (Kingsway Taitz). Based in Sydney, Kingsway Taitz has been providing boutique fund administration services to its clients in Australia and internationally since 2006. Recognised as a leading provider of boutique fund administration services in the Asia-Pacific region, Kingsway Taitz has been top ranked in its peer group for the past two years by the annual Global Custodian Hedge Fund Administrator Survey.

This transaction will strengthen TMF's market position and expand its global fund administration platform in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, reflecting TMF's commitment to growing its fund administration services in key markets around the world. At the same time, Kingsway Taitz will be able to offer a broader suite of specialised products to help investment funds grow and succeed. With over 175 fund administration clients, TMF has an established track record in providing fund administration and other associated services.

TMF Fund Administration focuses on providing fund accounting, unit price calculation, valuation services and investor relation services. The fund administration services provided cover a broad spectrum of assets including hedge funds, daily exchange listed investment funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and Fund of Funds.
