Opalesque Exclusive: Yvonne From the Opalesque team: Wong joins Thaddeus Capital Management as COO Following an 8-month long family break, Yvonne Wong announced on Friday she was officially back at work. She joined Thaddeus Capital as Chief Operations Officer and business strategist, responsible for all non-investment activities of the firm. Thaddeus Capital is a Hong Kong based hedge fund managing Asian Event Driven strategy and is currently soft closed.

Robert Morse leaves Citigroup Asia-Pacific From AsianInvestor.net: One of Asia’s most respected bankers, Robert Morse, resigned as CEO of Citi’s Asia-Pacific institutional clients group (ICG) on Friday to “pursue other opportunities”.

Morse, who had been with Citi for 23 years and did much to expand the institutional business franchise, is the latest high-profile executive to leave since Vikram Pandit was appointed chief executive of the US bank last December... Full article: Source
