Iain Hamilton moves three Infiniti funds into Hedge Fund Capital Management AG

Cayman International Financial Holdings has announced a change in the ownership status of the following Infiniti Companies:

Infiniti Capital Andante Limited Infiniti Capital Fixed Income Plus Limited Infiniti Capital Paradigm Limited

Iain Hamilton, who was previously a Shareholder in and Director of these companies, will assume full ownership and control from Cayman International Financial Holdings of the above named Infiniti Companies with immediate effect. Cayman International Financial Holdings will continue to provide fund management administration support to each of the investment management companies in respect of the underlying funds (Andante SP, Fixed Income Plus SP, Paradigm SP, Paradigm NZD Fund Limited and Paradigm Fund Limited), until 31st July 2008 and related support services until 30th September 2008.
