Mr. Tolk will focus on distressed debt and special situations. Mr. Tolk brings to 3 Degrees over 18 years of structured credit and legal experience. He most recently served as the Asian Head of Structured Credit at HSBC, where he established the business and was widely recognized as one of Asia’s top structured credit bankers.
