Exploring the FoHFs universe (part 4) – How to outperform in the current industry and market cycle, recommendations

About Liongate Mr. Dillard, a former investment banking managing director at Normura International, is a partner at London-based Liongate Capital Management LLP. Liongate manages two FoHFs: the Liongate Multi-Strategy Fund (launched April 2004) and the Liongate Select Fund (launched Nov. 2006, YTD performance 16% through Sept.). The Liongate Multi-Strategy Fund was awarded the InvestHedge New Fund of the Year in 2004 and the MARHedge Best Fund of Funds in 2006. It has returned 12.55% YTD through Sept., 75.89% since inception (annualised 17.51%) and manages US$1.18 bil. The fund’s current largest allocations are in Event driven, Emerging markets, Global Macro, Shareholder activist and Multi-Strategy strategie......................
