Geneva based Private Bank enters strategic partnership with alternative

BGG, Banque Genevoise de Gestion, the Geneva based Private Bank, is pleased to announce that it has completed a strategic partnership agreement in the asset management area involving several specialized asset managers.

The companies involved are Prodis Advisors SA, AIS (Suisse) SA, and Alternative Investment Services (AIS) Ltd with offices in Geneva, Zurich, Lisbon and the Cayman Islands are specialized in hedge fund manager selection, fund of funds management, and tailoring structured solutions in the alternative investment area. Their experience in this area dates back to 1997, involves several products with a long and robust track record, and covers all the aspects from origination of investments, to risk monitoring and management, as well as products structuring.

Messieurs Anastasio Aleman CEO of BGG, Jean-Philippe Salzmann CEO of Prodis and AIS, and André de Gaspar CIO of AIS said “Our firms are focused on delivering bespoke solutions for clients’ wealth. The synergies coming from our strategic partnership will enable a more effective customer service of both institutional and private clients while providing new organic growth opportunities.”

The combined assets under management of BGG, Banque Genevoise de Gestion, Prodis Advisors SA, AIS (Suisse) SA and AIS Ltd now total over $ 1.5bln.
