Navigator Absolute Return Fund maintains alpha generation despite market volatility

The Navigator Absolute Return Fund co-managed by Lumix Capitao and Grupo BAF, has maintained its winning streak 42 months since its inception with continued positive returns.

Navigator Fund, an innovative commodity trade finance fund that underpins South America's leading export role in the soft commodities global marketplace, was up +0.75% last month completing its year-to-date finish at +6.01%.

The fund, which has $63.11m in AUM as at end of August 2011, said that in tandem with Nexum Capital and BAR, Navigator provides investors with exposure to the returns of soft commodity trade finance.
