Ogier strengthens Guernsey funds team

Opalesque Industry Update - Oliver Quarmby has joined Ogier's Guernsey investment funds and private equity team as a managing associate.

Oliver is an English Solicitor and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, who has experience working in-house and at a regulatory consultancy as well as in private practice.

He advises clients on equity fundraisings, flotations, the establishment of private equity funds, hedge funds, closed-end investment funds and financings and capital call facilities.

Commenting on Oliver's arrival in the team, Group Partner Craig Cordle, said: "The addition of Oliver to our Guernsey team is very welcome indeed. Oliver will work from our London office and brings with him 15 years of experience working in the City, offshore and in- house, and his arrival further strengthens our growing team"

Ogier's Guernsey Investment Funds team was placed in the top tier in the most recently published industry directory, the IFLR 1000. Oliver is not currently admitted in Guernsey.
