Biography of Author: Peter Koutsoukis is managing director, Claims Funding International Plc. (CFI - is a joint venture between Maurice Blackburn, MB, and IMF that will provide funding for class actions). He was an MB partner prior to setting up the venture.

Richard Blann is a commercial and banking litigation lawyer based in London. He advises on a wide range of international disputes with an emphasis on negligence and fraud.

Timothy Scrantom is the General Counsel of Juridica Capital Management Limited. He is an American lawyer and an English barrister-at-law (Gray’s Inn) (currently non-practicing). A significant portion of his practice centered on disputes, audits and investigations in international finance. He also acted as a strategic consultant on legal issues in complex multi-jurisdiction litigation and business migrations.
