Near Term Trend: NegativeFriday’s Close: 1.00170 (- 73)UPDATE: Six weeks ago, Aussie was trading 1.0257, we stated, “At this juncture, even a jump toward 1.0400 should be capped, as resistance is decent in that region”.Following that observation, Aussie hit a high of 1.0384, and immediately sold off to 1.0222.Furthermore, in the last week, it collapsed.Currently, the market is oversold, as compared to the position of the 21- Day M.A. Line. Therefore a bouncer higher could be feasible, however I believe even a bounce will not allow Aussie to trade above 1.01850.
