Generally, softer (intellectual property) based collateral. Also hard collateral in the form of tax credits and pre-sales of territory rights for geographic regions - both of which can be discounted.

The key aspect though, is deep and rich industry expertise in due diligence and deal execution. We believe it is very difficult to be a “purely financial manager” in the entertainment space - as it is a very complex and fragmented market with specific quirks and peculiarities, which can be very costly if one gets them wrong!
