Fund-interface reports on managers migrating in reaction to AIFM Directive and on whether the Directive is achieving its objectives

Opalesque Industry Updates - fund-interface, an independent Swiss-based consultancy, has released two reports on the draft EU legislation on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (“AIFM”).

In the first report, “AIFM Proposals: Manager Migration Watch” (Source), fund-interface considers what AIFM developments might result in EU-based hedge fund managers migrating their management companies to Switzerland.

In the second report, “AIFM Proposals: Objective is in Sight” (Source), fund-interface assesses whether the AIFM is achieving its objectives.
