Hedge funds are an important tool for institutional investors says new research

Opalesque Industry Update - Dr. Everett M. Ehrlich has published a white paper entitled ‘The Changing Role of Hedge Funds in the Global Economy’ which highlights the emerging role of hedge funds as an investment tool for institutional investors such as public pensions, university endowments, and charitable foundations. His findings demonstrate that hedge funds are an important investment tool that an increasing number of institutional investors are taking advantage of which in turn help these institutions to fulfill their pension obligations to their beneficiaries.
