Corporate Resolutions Inc. and iThreat Launch "Cyber Risk Intelligence"

Wednesday, September 30, 2015
Opalesque Industry Update - As our collective dependence on the digital landscape continues to grow, we have been inundated with an increasing number of news headlines referencing large-scale cyber security breaches. Sony, Ashley Madison, JP Morgan – all have delivered crushing blows to businesses and clients/consumers alike. These events have outlined just how vulnerable even the largest and most powerful companies are, and how important it is to have the tools and systems in place to be both proactive and reactive in the face of cyber risk.

To this end, Corporate Resolutions Inc. and iThreat Cyber Group (iThreat) have joined together to launch Cyber Risk Intelligence (CRI) report. As part of a strategic partnership, Corporate Resolutions and iThreat have designed a cyber due diligence product that assesses the virtual profile of a company and its key executives through the use of discreet proprietary cyber tools that uncover exposure to cyber risks. CRI reports are customized to examine a company's infrastructure cyber neighborhood, identify any virtual neighbors that may present vulnerabilities or risks, and provide critical cyber threat intelligence, including whether the company is a target of hackers or other cyber criminals. Without the exorbitant costs typically associated with technology audits, CRI alerts you to otherwise unknown risks, and may uncover if a company has already been compromised.

The Cyber Risk Intelligence product was born from a demonstrated need for investors and businesses to protect their cyber presence from unknown threats that can have a profoundly negative impact on success. With the proven expertise of Corporate Resolutions Inc. and its established reputation as the leader in investigative due diligence, coupled with iThreat's earned and esteemed reputation as the premiere cyber risk experts, CRI is the first product developed exclusively for decision makers seeking an affordable and effective resource to address their digital exposure.
