LAST WEEK: We suggested shorting at 32,835 with stops on a close above 33,500 and with a covering target of 24,520. Longs were suggested at 21,796 with an upside target of 33,500.
UPDATE: Bitcoin just made it to the 361.8% Fibonacci extension line at around 41,400 and has started to pull back. Using Fibo retracement lines, we project support to come in at 32,895. From there, we would expect at least a test of 41,400. We are not going to bother shorting BTC. We are dip buyers at 32,895 and sellers of longs at 41,400 for now.
