Pritzker Private Capital has closed its latest vehicle on $3.4 billion. The fund beat its $3 billion target and is larger than its predecessor fund which closed on $2.7 billion in 2021.

To date, PPC has invested in 31 platforms and completed more than 110 add-on acquisitions, deploying greater than $10 billion in total capital.
