UBS Group AG's O'Connor unit will be sold to Cantor Fitzgerald in a deal that will give control of the group back to one of its original founders. Bill Ferri, Cantor's asset-management chief and a founding member of O'Connor will take over leadership of the unit.

O'Connor has approximately $11 billion AUM according to a statement from the unit.

O'
