California-based private credit firm Clearlake Capital has agreed to buy Natixis Investment Managers' pan-European private credit arm MV Credit Partners.

Clearlake said in a press release that the acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
